Service Provider Information

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Service and its users, and other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the fortune-analysis content, such as Saju, tarot, and traditional readings, and the paid content (such as the Destiny Book) provided by SajuLab (hereinafter the "Service"), which is operated by LearningSoft.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Service" means all fortune-analysis content and additional features provided by SajuLab, including character-based Saju readings, tarot, love fortune, wealth fortune, traditional readings, compatibility, and dream interpretation.
• "User" means a member or non-member who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• "Member" means a person who signs in with a Kakao account or similar and uses member-only features such as favorites and viewing history.
• "Offering" means the usage fee paid in exchange for viewing paid content, such as the full reading or the Destiny Book for an individual piece of content.
• "Destiny Book" means a detailed reading document issued on the basis of the information entered by the User, provided for viewing on the web, saving as a PDF, or receiving by email.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)

• These Terms take effect when they are posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Users.
• The Service may amend these Terms when there is a reasonable cause, to the extent that the amendment does not violate applicable laws.
• If the Terms are amended, the Service will announce the changes and their effective date, together with the current Terms, from 7 days before the effective date. Changes that are unfavorable to Users will be announced from 30 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision of the Service)

The Service provides the following content and features:

• Character-based readings of the Four Pillars of Destiny (Saju)
• Topic-based reading content such as tarot, traditional readings, love fortune, wealth fortune, compatibility, and dream interpretation
• AI-based conversational session features
• Issuance of the Destiny Book — web viewing, PDF saving, and email delivery
• Celebrity Saju content
• Other content determined by the Service

Article 5 (Nature of the Content — Notice of AI-Generated Content)

• Some sentences in the content are generated by AI (a large language model) based on the information entered by the User.
• The results provided are not scientifically verified facts and must not be used as the basis for important decisions, such as medical, legal, or investment decisions.

Article 6 (Paid Services and Payment)

• The full reading, the Destiny Book, and similar content for individual pieces of content are provided to Users who have paid the Offering (usage fee).
• The price of each piece of content, any discount, and whether it is offered for free are shown on the screen for that content and may change depending on promotions.
• Content provided through a free (0 won) promotion is also subject to these Terms.
• Payments are processed through an electronic payment gateway (PG) designated by the Service, and the Service does not directly store Users' payment method information.

Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

• After paying for paid content, if the User has not yet viewed the content (full reading or Destiny Book), the User may withdraw the subscription and receive a full refund within 7 days of the payment date.
• The content of this Service is digital content generated and provided immediately according to each User's input, and once it has been viewed (provision has begun), withdrawal of the subscription may be restricted under Article 17(2) of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. This restriction is shown on the screen before payment.
• If content is not properly provided due to causes attributable to the Service, such as a system error, the User may request that it be provided again or a full refund.
• Refund inquiries are received through the contact details in Article 12, and the Service will inform the User of the result within 3 business days of receipt.

Article 8 (Provision and Retention of the Destiny Book)

• An issued Destiny Book can be viewed through its unique link and is preserved with its content as of the time of issuance.
• As a rule, a Destiny Book link is to be used only by the person to whom it was issued, and the Service is not responsible for viewing that results from sharing the link.
• If the User requests email delivery, the Destiny Book is sent to the email address entered. The User is responsible for misdelivery caused by an incorrectly entered address.

Article 9 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

• Where there is a substantial reason, the Service may change the content it provides for operational or technical needs.
• The Service may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in cases that interfere with normal use of the Service, such as natural disasters, national emergencies, equipment failures, or surges in usage.

Article 10 (Obligations of Users)

Users must not engage in the following acts:

• Misappropriating and entering another person's information (date of birth, name, etc.) without their consent
• Unauthorized alteration of information posted on the Service
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or sale of the Service's content (images, videos, text, characters, Destiny Books, etc.)
• Accessing the Service by automated means or causing load on the Service
• Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Service or a third party
• Any other illegal or improper acts

Children under the age of 14 may not use the Service.

Article 11 (Disclaimer)

• Information provided by the Service, such as readings, fortunes, and Destiny Books, is provided for entertainment and reference purposes only, and the Service is not responsible for decisions Users make based on it or for their consequences.
• The Service is not responsible for any inability to provide the Service due to natural disasters or force majeure.
• The Service is not responsible for inaccurate results caused by reasons attributable to the User (such as entering incorrect birth information).
• Sentences generated by AI may contain inaccurate or inappropriate expressions. The Service strives to minimize them but does not guarantee completeness.

Article 12 (Ownership of Copyright and Inquiries)

• Intellectual property rights and other rights related to the content, software, images, videos, audio, characters, marks, logos, designs, service names, and the like provided by the Service belong to the Service.
• A Destiny Book provided to a User may be used only for personal keeping.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

• The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to disputes arising between the Service and Users.
• If a lawsuit is filed over a dispute arising from the use of the Service, the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act shall be the competent court.

These Terms take effect on January 25, 2026, and were amended on August 31, 2026.
