1. Purposes of Processing Personal Information

SajuLab (hereinafter the "Service"), operated by LearningSoft, processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed is not used for any purpose other than those below, and if the purpose of use changes, we will take the necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent.

• Providing content: generating reading content such as Saju, tarot, and traditional readings, and issuing the Destiny Book
• Delivering content: sending the Destiny Book by email when the User requests it
• Member management: identifying members who use Kakao Login, and providing member features such as favorites and viewing history
• Payment processing: processing payments and refunds for paid content (the Offering)
• Service improvement: analyzing usage statistics, fixing errors, and improving service quality

2. Personal Information We Collect

When a reading is generated (required)

Items collected	Date of birth, time of birth (optional), gender, name or nickname (for personalizing some content)
Purpose of collection	Calculating the Four Pillars of Destiny (Saju) and generating reading and Destiny Book content
Retention period	For as long as the issued Destiny Book and reading records are preserved (destroyed immediately upon the User's request for deletion)

When a non-member requests a result link (optional)

Purpose of collection	Sending a personal link (via KakaoTalk AlimTalk notification, text message, or email) that lets the User reopen a reading paid for without signing up on another device
Retention period	Destroyed 90 days after collection; destroyed immediately upon request for deletion

When the User agrees to receive discount and event news (optional)

Items collected	Mobile phone number or email address, date and time of consent
Purpose of collection	Sending advertising information such as discounts and events (text message and email)
Retention period	Until consent to receive is withdrawn; destroyed immediately upon request for withdrawal

When signing in with Kakao Login (optional)

Items collected	Kakao account identifier, nickname, profile image, email (if consented)
Purpose of collection	Identifying members and providing personalized features such as favorites and viewing history
Retention period	Until the member withdraws (disconnects the account)

Automatically collected items

• Access IP address, browser type, access time, and service usage records
• Browser storage (localStorage): Some of the birth information entered and the viewing history are stored in the browser on the User's device. This is a convenience feature that is not separately sent to the server, and it can be erased at any time by clearing the browser data.

When making a payment

Paid transactions are processed through an electronic payment gateway (PG), and the Service does not directly collect or store payment method information such as card numbers. The Service keeps only the payment approval result (order number, payment amount, and payment date and time).

3. Processing and Retention Periods of Personal Information

The Service processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period required by law or the period consented to at the time of collection.

• Reading and Destiny Book issuance records: kept so that the User can view the issued content again; destroyed immediately upon request for deletion
• Member information: until the member withdraws
• Payment and refund records: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.)
• Records of consumer complaints and dispute handling: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.)
• Access log records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

4. Entrustment of Processing and Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

To provide the Service smoothly, the Service entrusts the processing of personal information as follows:

Google LLC (Firebase / Google Cloud)	Service hosting, data storage (server location: Seoul region, Republic of Korea), and service operation infrastructure
OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA)	Generating AI reading text — the minimum information needed to generate a reading, such as date and time of birth and gender, is transmitted when the API is called, and API policies apply so that it is not used for training and is not retained after processing.
Kakao Corp.	Kakao Login authentication and operation of the KakaoTalk inquiry channel
Solapi Co., Ltd.	Sending result links via KakaoTalk AlimTalk notification and text message (delivery of the mobile phone number and link)
Electronic payment gateway (PG)	Processing payments for paid content (when payment is introduced, the relevant PG company will be specified in this Policy)

When entering into an entrustment contract, we clearly stipulate compliance with personal information protection laws, restrictions on re-entrustment, and liability in the event of an incident.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

As a rule, the Service does not provide Users' personal information to third parties. The following cases, however, are exceptions:

• When the User has given prior consent
• When required by law, or when an investigative agency makes a request for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law

6. Destruction of Personal Information

When personal information is no longer needed, such as when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the Service destroys that personal information without delay.

• Electronic files: permanently deleted by a method that makes recovery and reproduction impossible
• Paper records: shredded or incinerated

7. Rights of Users and How to Exercise Them

As data subjects, Users may exercise the following rights:

• Request access to personal information
• Request correction of any errors
• Request deletion (including issued Destiny Book and reading records)
• Request suspension of processing

These rights may be exercised by email (contact@learningsoft.store) or through the KakaoTalk inquiry channel on the site, and the Service will act on such requests without delay.

8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information

• Administrative measures: minimizing the number of personal information handlers and operating internal management standards
• Technical measures: end-to-end HTTPS encrypted communication, access control management, and Firebase security rules
• Physical measures: physical access control at Google Cloud data centers

9. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

• The Service uses cookies and browser storage (localStorage) to keep Users signed in and to understand usage patterns.
• Refusing storage: Users can refuse cookie storage or delete stored data through their web browser settings. In that case, however, some use may be inconvenient, such as having to re-enter birth information.

Advertising measurement tools

To measure advertising performance and provide interest-based advertising, the Service uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies of the companies below. These tools send usage behavior information, such as pages visited and whether a payment was completed (order number and amount), along with device and browser information, to the respective companies; they do not send reading input information such as date of birth or name.

• How to opt out: You can turn off personalized ads through your browser's cookie-blocking settings, or in the ad settings of Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences) and Google (adssettings.google.com).

The Service has designated the following Chief Privacy Officer to take overall responsibility for personal information processing and to handle Users' complaints and remedies for damages related to personal information processing.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date. If there are any additions, deletions, or corrections due to changes in laws or policy, we will give notice through announcements from 7 days before the changes take effect.

12. Remedies for Infringement of Rights

To obtain remedies for infringement of personal information, Users may apply for dispute resolution or counseling to organizations such as the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee and the Personal Information Infringement Report Center of the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA).
